- Evaluate the intent of the comment. If you see a message that seems intentionally incendiary you may have a troll. Trolls seek attention by causing disruption in internet communities. Some common troll techniques may include:
- Launch debates on inflammatory topics. The ideal topics will launch passionate posts on both sides of the debate. They will continue fanning the flames of the debate whenever they can.
- Attack various members of the internet community.
- Continually discuss nonsense subjects in the hope that other people join and interact with them.
- Flooding, screaming, or otherwise disrupting chat channels.
- Check the profile and history of the possible troll. If they posted anonymously or they have a history of ridiculous comments, they are probably a troll.
- Ignore the troll. The best treatment for trolls is to ignore them. Trolls seek attention, when you reply to their incendiary statements, you are giving them the attention they seek. Do not feed the trolls by directly responding or arguing with them; attention is all they want. The more attention you give their posts, the worse they will get. When you ignore a troll, they will eventually go away and troll some other website on the internet.
I have never in my life seen, heard of, or even imagined a more malodorous piece of steaming shit than this little slice of Microsoft. Words fail me, and all that follows is the faintest Platonist shadow-on- a-wall of what is, in my heart, the Ideal Peeve, perfect in its sincerity, bottomless in its depth, and unassailable in its accuracy.
This bloated, pestilent gigabyte-swamping piece of ordure takes up enough computational resources to accurately model the world’s weather for the next billion years, and what do you get for it? Something that will format and display text? Don’t make me fucking laugh. What you do get is a profusion of bells and whistles thrown in a careless heap, each bauble lovingly designed to make the straight path crooked, the intuitive arcane, the simple impossible.
Take the “Help” for example. It’s not just help, it’s a new friend!
I don’t want a new friend, you shit-slurping choad-munching bunch of retards; I’ve all too many as it is. What I want is something simple where I can find a technical detail with a minimum of fuss and interruption. I don’t want animation. I don’t want natural-language interpretation. I don’t want to be led by the fucking nose. Give me a fucking index and get the hell out of my damn face. If I dismiss a window, I want it gone. I don’t want it to wave goodbye, or hesitate, or sneeze. I want it gone.
The document I was working on was very simple. No images, no tables, no nothing. One font, one style, that’s it. It would be perfectly simple in other system, even earlier versions of Word, but, oh no, not in this latest magnum opus of the word processing world.
The first time when some one hear the word ‘Dota’, they might mistake it for a strange Hindi word, but DOTA or Defense of the Ancients is a custom scenario for Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, based on the “Aeon of Strife” map for StarCraft. The objective of the scenario is to destroy the opponents’ “Ancient”, a heavily guarded structure in each corner of the map. Players use powerful units known as heroes, and are assisted by allied heroes and AI-controlled fighters called “creeps”. As in role-playing games, players level up their hero and use gold to buy equipment during the mission.
The scenario was developed with the World Editor of Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, and was updated upon the release of The Frozen Throne. There have been many variations of the original concept, the most popular of which is DotA Allstars, which has been maintained by several authors during development. Since its release, Allstars has become a feature at several worldwide tournaments, including Blizzard Entertainment’s BlizzCon and the Asian World Cyber Games, as well as the Cyberathlete Amateur and CyberEvolution leagues.
Right from the beginning the AI dota maps had lots of errors and even if it doesn’t have much errors the Bot heros will be so stupid that, it just used to go front and back and do nothing, in the earlier versions of the Dota maps.
I recently downloaded this map ‘DotA Allstars v6.51 AIplus 1.52′(latest) which has a hell a lot of bugs. It was really awful, i was playing and i had no sign of my allied heroes and i found them all near the forest shop, and they never came back, so i had to restart in the middle. In another game the opponent hero was moving with a stop for every 2 sec. It would really take that bot 10 mins to go across the map.
So i will settle with the older map which is way better ‘DotA Allstars v6.51 AI using DAII’
If you are not sure about, starting playing WoW, and if you really want to try out the game before buying an account, You could ask from any of your friend who is already playing the game a ‘Guest pass key’. This could be reliable indeed with the help of this guest pass key you could create an trail account, which works for 10 days, you could well try out the game for these days, of course it has some restrictions and if you are interested you could continue buying an account. The character you created and played using the trail account is not lost and you could well continue playing with it. Changing the account to a full account is simple, you will just have to buy a code online and add it to your account You could buy one from Playyet. But i bet you one thing for sure, if you have tried out the game with your trail account, you will surely go for the full account
CS Source is out for a while around the world, but still counter strike 1.6 is played more than the latest version because of the fact is everyone got used to CS 1.6 or may be many are forced to settle with CS 1.6 since their machines are not compatible with Source which has an way better graphics and detailing in the game. Some of my friends have machines with 1GB RAM and still finds it hard to run the game in a good resolution. This game does need a good graphic card. Valve obviously will expect Source to be in attraction, but it will take time for Source to take over 1.6 May be a year or so, how CS 1.6 took over 1.5. I really would love to dump CS 1.6 and start playing Source, but my machine only has a 512 RAM and only has a 64 MB on board graphic card, so i can’t. So upgrade your systems for a better gaming experience.
I frequently go to the airport to pick up my wife. A funny thing is that they never allow you to directly drive up to the arrivals area. You have to go through the parking lot, even though there is a direct road to arrivals.
Initially, you could enter the parking lot and go to arrivals without having to pay any parking charges since the first 15 mins were free. On one of my recent visits however I saw that they have changed that policy and if I need to take my car to arrivals I have to pay a minimum of Rs. 30!!!
Now that’s a pure rip-off! If my passenger is already waiting outside arrivals and I only have to drive up to pick them up why should I be paying at all??? I’ve not seen this happen at any other Indian or international airport. While I understand that GMR needs to recover its investment, I’m sure there are better ways of doing that rather than use dirty tricks.
Anyways, I doubt any amount of ranting is going to help, so here’s the trick to pick up your passenger without having to pay the stupid parking fees. Ask your passenger to come upstairs to the departure area. There is an elevator as well as escalators which the passengers can use. Driving up to the departure area is free. It might
