CS Source is out for a while around the world, but still counter strike 1.6 is played more than the latest version because of the fact is everyone got used to CS 1.6 or may be many are forced to settle with CS 1.6 since their machines are not compatible with Source which has an way better graphics and detailing in the game. Some of my friends have machines with 1GB RAM and still finds it hard to run the game in a good resolution. This game does need a good graphic card. Valve obviously will expect Source to be in attraction, but it will take time for Source to take over 1.6 May be a year or so, how CS 1.6 took over 1.5. I really would love to dump CS 1.6 and start playing Source, but my machine only has a 512 RAM and only has a 64 MB on board graphic card, so i can’t. So upgrade your systems for a better gaming experience.

Some times in condition zero or counter strike 1.6 you will notice a strange error, that will not allow you to switch from left to right hand by using the option in the game. when you alt-tabed a lot your gun would switch to left-handed while it still shows right handed in the option menu.
All you have to do is selecting left handed then apply, then select right handed and apply again.

If this doesn’t work, you should be running your game in software mode. Change it to Open GL, or D3D mode. This should fix the problem. If this doesn’t work too, you have no other go than to re-install the game

When you 1st start the game it would look like a lame flash game, but only when you start playing will you realize that the game involves a lot of calculation and intelligence to master the game. The goal is to damage the opponent tank as much as you can and get points, there is a wide range of weapons to choose from, the trail version has 15 weapons and upgrading the game gives you up to 60 awesome weapons and the game turns more interesting. I played the game against the bot for quite some time, but even the hardest bot is stupid enough to beat even if you are a newbie. I will be writing about some of the coolest recipes in Dota in this blog, 1st i am going to start with Sange and yasha, one of the items i really love to make in Dota, it needs totally 7 items to complete this recipe (including sange and yasha scroll). The steps to make sange and yasha is as follows, even though you can get the required items in any of the combinations to make this recipe, i recommend you to follow the steps. We should separately make sange then yasha and then combine it

• To make yasha , 2 items are required are Blade of Alacrity(1000) and Boots of Elvenskin(450 golds), both of these items could be brought from Sena The Accessorizer. Once you have brought these items yasha recipe scroll(600 gold) could be brought brought from Level 2 Orc recipe shop. Now these 3 items club together to occupy once one slot in your inventory.

• Yasha gives +16 agility,+5 attack speed,+5 movement speed

• The next step is to make sange, 2 items required are Ogre Axe(1000 gold) and Belt Of Great Strength(450 gold). both of these items could be brought from Sena The Accessorizer. When you are ever talking about Warcraft III, who is that one hero , whom you think is mighty of all, Yes, Of course the Lich King’s Death Knight. But have you people ever thought that the Death Knight has been given much importance in Dota, nope! Or have you ever seen someone choosing that character for a serious game of Dota??? nope! So why is that that the coolest hero of Warcraft III is not a great character in Dota, Cos the special abilities of the frostmourne’s owner is all screwed up. The Death Coil is not going to help him, really and only good ability of the hero is Learn Frostmourne. Some lame heroes like forest Trolls have good abilities. I pity you, Mighty Death Knight!!

Right from the beginning the AI dota maps had lots of errors and even if it doesn’t have much errors the Bot heros will be so stupid that, it just used to go front and back and do nothing, in the earlier versions of the Dota maps.

I recently downloaded this map ‘DotA Allstars v6.51 AIplus 1.52′(latest) which has a hell a lot of bugs. It was really awful, i was playing and i had no sign of my allied heroes and i found them all near the forest shop, and they never came back, so i had to restart in the middle. In another game the opponent hero was moving with a stop for every 2 sec. It would really take that bot 10 mins to go across the map.

So i will settle with the older map which is way better ‘DotA Allstars v6.51 AI using DAII’
